Position 1: Cost Estimator
Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents; Analyze the quotes as per technical specifications provided by design team; Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents; Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information; Present estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information; Co-ordinate with QS, site, and subcontractors to get the required data; Compare Quotation with respect to company requirement; Negotiate and finalize subcontractor to present him on board for the project; Prepare and process Purchase Orders using software system; Prepare specific reports by collecting, analyzing , and summarizing information, and trends; Maintain cost data base by entering and backing up data.
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering plus 12 months of experience in Related Occupation is required.
We will accept Bachelors Degree with five years of experience as equal to Masters Degree.
Position: 2 Project Engineer:
Responsible to prepare and review documents for bids and contracts; Review submittals, shop drawings and As built drawings received from contractors and subcontractors; Supervise construction work, maintain quality control and site safety programs; Review subcontracts and negotiate with subcontractors; Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors and Government officials; Prepare project report and monitor cost control budget.
Bachelor’s Degree Civil Engineering, Plus 30-hour OSHA Certification, and 12 months experience in Related Occupation is required.
